This all began with me questioning my whole life. Everything I knew. The religion I grew up with. The Marriage I was in. The endless cycle of misery I could not find myself out of. As the questions came so did the dark night of soul. My ego found itself front and center as it dismantled all it had ever known. The journey has taken me far. Lots off loss, lots of unknown's tons of endings but so many new beginnings. The journey found me freedom! I found healing and resilience. I am an open book. I do not believe in one way. Each soul chooses its own unique path to healing and freedom. Let me guide you as you find yours. When I went through my journey it was alone. You do not need to navigate alone.
